The FUTURE Center is a multi-story academic service building developed on a land area of 1,960 m², with a total built-up area of 5,723 m².
It has been designed to host academic, administrative, and research functions within a unified structure that combines efficiency, flexibility, and architectural elegance.
Its bold architectural form and fluid spatial organization create a symbolic link between knowledge and progress, positioning it as a modern landmark in Benghazi’s evolving educational landscape.

Architectural Identity
The architectural language of the FUTURE Center expresses fluidity, precision, and balance.
The design features sweeping white concrete forms intersecting with glass façades, emphasizing both strength and openness.
Large transparent surfaces invite daylight deep into the interior, while warm wooden cladding tones provide a natural human touch against the clean geometric structure.
The composition of the building conveys motion and continuity, symbolizing the dynamic nature of learning and innovation.
Scope of Works
The façade design creates a dialogue between solidity and transparency:
• White concrete shells define the main architectural silhouette with sharp, futuristic edges.
• Full-height glass panels ensure visual connection and interior brightness.
• Wood-textured cladding adds warmth and contrast to the otherwise sleek composition.
• Metallic accents and concealed joints maintain precision and refinement in every detail.
This combination produces a distinctive contemporary aesthetic that aligns with the project’s educational and forward-thinking purpose.
The lighting design emphasizes the building’s sculptural character.
Concealed LED strips trace the white curved forms and the cantilevered roofline, creating a luminous outline that defines the structure at night.
Soft ambient lighting enhances the entrance and pedestrian pathways, highlighting the natural texture of the materials.
The landscape integrates linear greenery, reflective paving, and seating zones that connect the center with its surroundings — turning the entire site into a vibrant, accessible, and inspiring academic environment.
