Architectural Identity

The architectural design follows the principles of Modern Minimalism, focusing on the balance between functionality and aesthetics.
The main façade features clean horizontal lines and bold geometrical volumes, with the entrance block articulated as a focal point symbolizing authority and stability.
Premium materials were selected to emphasize simplicity and sophistication:

  • Smooth light-grey concrete for a refined, formal aesthetic.
  • Reflective glass panels to allow natural light and visual transparency.
  • Wood and metallic details to introduce warmth and elegance.

The overall form achieves a subtle contrast between privacy and openness, resulting in a professional and harmonious architectural composition.

Interior Design Concept

The interior design emphasizes visual calmness and functional elegance, using a neutral palette of white, grey, and beige tones combined with natural wooden finishes.
Lighting design integrates both natural daylight and linear concealed fixtures, creating a soft and spacious ambiance.
Modern furniture and minimalist décor reflect Arcadia’s vision of contemporary work environments—where efficiency meets refined simplicity.
